Our first Michelin Star dining experience 

 Chris' Entree- Pork belly, croquette and cheek with apple and cheese.

My Entree- Wood Pigeon with Waldorf salad, foie gras and samosas. 


My Main- Duck breast with shallot fondant, potatoes, bacon and croquette.  

 Chris' Main- Lamb saddle, falafel, belly, crispy and braised

 My Dessert- Raspberry mille feuille with white chocolate cream and sorbet

Chris' Dessert- Assiete of chocolate, milk, dark and white (he had no idea what he ordered but it came out looking amazing!)

I was lucky enough to finish work a week earlier than planned as the school needed major plumbing work and rewiring. This meant I was able to join Mum and Dad for a few days while they were exploring England.
